School Appointments

It's that time of year again!!!  The calendar has turned to August, and though there is still some summer left, it is time to start thinking ahead to the upcoming school year.  That means school forms, medication refills, and action plans for the fall and winter seasons.  Call our office to schedule your child's pre-school visit and be prepared.  We are looking forward to hearing from you.
